Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:
- Final sale items
- Personalized/custom products
- Used products
- Items damaged by misuse

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

Refunds are processed after inspection and approved back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
